I have over 10 years of experience providing supervision and consultation to other clinicians. I take a developmental approach to consultation, helping my consultees by holding space for where they are now and creating concrete goals to help get them where they want to be. I strive to help every clinician I work with feel comfortable during our meetings and leave them feeling more confident in their case conceptualization, treatment plan, and skills. I clinically specialize in the area of reproductive mental health and am deeply committed to increasing education and awareness of the intricacies of working with this population.

  • I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD), certified perinatal mental health provider through Postpartum Support International (PSI), a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM)'s mental health professional group, an EMDRIA approved consultant-in-training under the mentorship of Dr. Mara Tesler Stein, and an EMDR certified therapist.

    Prior to private practice, I was the women's mental health champion and perinatal psychologist for the Louisville VA Medical Center. There, I provided workshops and individual consultation to facility staff on reproductive mental health and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have completed numerous reproductive mental health trainings and have provided countless hours of consultation and education to clinical pharmacists, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, licensed professional counselors, and mental health professional trainees. Currently, I am the founder and facilitator of the Louisville Reproductive Mental Health Provider Consultation Group, serve on the board for the Kentucky chapter of Postpartum Support International, and am a member of the Kentucky Maternal Mental Health Collaborative Panel and Mind The Gap KY Initiative.

  • I currently approach treatment from an attachment-based and interpersonal neurobiology-informed lens. I primarily incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Ego State Approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) into my work, depending on the client's needs. I also have training in Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which I utilize as my primary treatment modalities for OCD.

  • My current fees are $175 for a 1-hour consultation and $125 for a 30-minute consultation.

  • I am able to be a clinical supervisor of record for masters level psychologists (LLPs, LPAs, etc.) in the states of Michigan and Kentucky. Unfortunately, I am not able to be a supervisor of record for anyone of a different licensure type or located outside of Michigan or Kentucky.
