Consultation and Education for Healthcare Organizations

I have provided education and consultation on trauma-informed care to both local and national healthcare systems. My advanced clinical training and research experience with trauma assessment and treatment, as well as years of experience working within integrated healthcare settings, allows me to effectively apply SAMHSA’s trauma informed care principles to each organization’s unique structure and patient population.

I provide individual and organizational consulting, as well as education offerings, on the topic of reproductive mental health to mental health and medical providers. Potential education topics include assessment and treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADS), understanding birth trauma, women’s mental health across the lifespan, and the mental health impacts of infertility and neonatal loss.

I offer group and individual coaching for healthcare clinicians. Coaching services include assistance with implementing Motivational Interviewing strategies, improving communication skills, teaching clinicians how to effectively help patients with heath behavior change, and implementing effective health coaching strategies to assist patients with self-management of chronic disease.
