No matter where you are in your reproductive story, I am here to help.

Online Therapy for Infertility & Pregnancy Loss

Your pain is real and you are deserving of support.

Are you in the midst of trying to conceive and finding yourself wanting a baby so badly it’s all you can think about? You keep staring at test after test, hoping that you will see that second line (and that it will actually stick). You’ve gone online and read everything you can find on tracking your cycle, yet with each day that drags by you can’t help but feel more and more hopeless. With how long it’s taking, pregnancy loss, an infertility diagnosis, or failed fertility treatment cycles, you might be starting to fear that it’s never going to happen for you. You’re finding it harder and harder to engage in your day-to-day life and your relationships, friendships, and work are starting to suffer.

You’re ready to take back some control over your life.

I have specialized in evidence-based treatment of trauma for over a decade and have particular expertise in utilizing these treatments for reproductive trauma (click here to learn more). I am also a member of the Mental Health Professional Group (MHPG) of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and have advanced training in reproductive mental health. You deserve support from a mental health provider who gets it and has the education and training on the mental health impacts of reproductive challenges.

Reach out to me today if you are ready to:

  • Grieve your reproductive story.

  • Receive support during the next steps in your family planning journey.

  • Process through difficult emotions and memories related to infertility and loss.

Therapy with me is

Working with someone who actually gets how unfair the TTC process can be

A safe place to work through difficult thoughts, emotions and memories

An opportunity to grieve your reproductive story

A space to learn how to reconnect with your life even during fertility treatment

Therapy with me is not

Me telling you to “just relax and it’ll happen”

You having to explain to me what ovulation strips, HSGs, and “the two week wait” are

A place where your pain will be minimized or dismissed

A space where you will leave feeling even more alone and isolated

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

  • Everything doesn’t feel so overwhelming

  • You’re more connected to yourself and your partner

  • You feel confident advocating for yourself and setting boundaries

  • You feel grounded even during new or unexpected experiences

  • You’re no longer ruled by trauma and grief

You are not alone.

You are not alone.

FAQS

  • During the first session, my goal is to create a warm, comfortable, and safe space as we begin to build our therapeutic relationship. I will start by collecting some background information so I can better understand what your experience has been like thus far. We will then collaboratively establish goals for treatment and agree on a treatment plan tailored to your unique experience.

  • Most of my clients start to experience some relief in the first 1-3 months of weekly appointments, but total length of treatment tends to vary depending on the individual’s life circumstances. Frequently, I stay connected with my clients throughout various points in their journeys, with session frequency changing as needed during each period.

  • Therapy can help you develop coping skills, process grief and trauma, strengthen your support system, manage anxiety/depression, cope with stress more effectively, improve communication in your relationships, be more compassionate with yourself, and adjust to role and identity changes that have occurred during your journey.
